If you wish to register for LIVE bidding, please register with your ID at the desk at least 24 hours before the sale. You can register during the four exhibition days or even conveniently by email. - How do I register to bid?
To register for bidding, you must create a user account with your name, address, email and telephone number as well as your passport or ID card.. You can do this here.
Please register for bidding, at least 24 hours before the start of the auction to bid online. - How do I bid at a LIVE Auction?
Everyone is welcome at our LIVE Auctions. It does not cost anything, there is no dress code and you can come and go as you please during the auction.
You have four different ways to bid:
-Bid in person in the salesroom: when you want to bid on an item, you signal the auctioneer by raising your hand or your paddle number.
-Written absentee bid: two ways:
1-you complete your bidform and submit your bid 24 hours prior to the auction via e-mail, post or phone. An member of the team will bid on your behalf during the auction.
2-you submit anytime your bid directly on our bidding platform.
-Telephone bid: you can request a telephone bid during the auction, a member of the team will call you during the auction. The service can be requested up until the day before the start of the auction.
-Live bidding: You can bid live during the auction on our bidding platform live.dognauction.ch.
If it is the first time that you submit a live bid, you have to sign up as a customer here at live.dognyauction.ch. - How do I bid LIVE on the bidding platform live.dognyauction.ch ?

Thank you for your purchase. Payments for all purchases are due immediately.
You will receive an invoice after the sale and you will then have several payment options:
by bank wire, cash at our location, or by debit or credit card, both on the spot and remotely.
