DognyAuction | Since 1975
DognyAuction is a Swiss auction house set in the heart of Lausanne. Active since 1975, DognyAuction provides appraisals and advice to both Swiss and international clients. Each year, thousands of objects are presented in our specialized and fine art auctions.
First long serving and experienced auctioneer was Daniel Beney, who ran the company with flair for more than 20 years. Since 2001, DognyAuction passed on to Marc Dogny, who, since then, strongly developed its activity. After several major auctions, such as the Calcutta Palace Sale in 2004, the Sossidi’s Sale in 2006, the Royal Savoy’s Sale in 2010, Marc Dogny opened the Espace Montelly in Lausanne in 2010. It is the first auction house set in Lausanne.
Responding to the evolving needs of our clients, we provide expertise on all aspects of art collection. DognyAuction offers a professional proximity service to buyers and sellers alike, for a single item or an entire property. With 40 years of antique field experience, DognyAuction has gained international visibility that grants its items great opportunities to be acquired by collectors from all around the world.
In addition to our principal business as auctioneers and appraisers, we organize private sales. Being in contact with numerous actors in the art business and regularly visiting private collections, we offer a tailored and confidential service.
Our goal is to achieve the highest quality. Clients' satisfaction is the direct result of our commitment to excellence.
