Collecting your lots
The collection of your items in our offices is by appointment only, our opening hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, within 14 days from the end of the auction. You can reach us on 021 625 01 62 or on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lots must be collected at the buyer's expense and risk. During the first 3 days following the closing of the sale and only during this period. DognyAuction will provide you with personnel to assist you in the packaging of your lots. Please note that for heavy and bulky items, transport and packing should be organized by your means with an appropriate team.
Important note: DognyAuction does not assume responsibility for damage or breakage during packing, therefore our employees are not authorised to pack the lots for you but to assist you during the first 3 days after the sale.

Do you need a shipping ?
If you require any advise or assistance for the shipping of your lots or in selecting a suitable carrier we will be happy to help you.

Export warning: it is the buyer's responsibility to be informed on import or export restrictions before purchasing a lot. See terms and conditions # 9.
Please note that import taxes (VAT) and duties of the recipient country may be charged to the importer (recipient) additionally.
